We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive CRM Administrator to support our growing Business Development function. If you enjoy working with data, keeping processes running smoothly, and playing a key role in driving pipeline success, this could be the perfect role for you.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, is detail‑driven, confident managing multiple priorities, and comfortable communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the BD pipeline, maintaining accurate lead data and making sure everything is clean, current, and ready to act on.
- Spot new opportunities, researching and qualifying leads, from inbound and external lead sources and feeding high‑quality intel into the pipeline.
- Track progress and momentum, ensuring timely follow‑ups that help the team hit weekly and monthly targets.
- Keep us coordinated and connected, organising meetings, calendars, internal campaigns, documents, and commissions with seamless precision.
- Prepare materials such as briefing packs, meeting notes, and internal documents.
- Bring order to the moving parts, maintaining tidy files and structured folders.
- Power our reporting, working closely with the Business Intelligence Director to supply accurate, timely data for dashboards that support informed decision‑making.
- Communicate with confidence, acting as a calm, professional liaison across internal teams and external partners.
- Experience processing data in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organisational and data management skills.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Confidence managing your own workload and working independently.
- Experience using CRM systems (Hub Spot experience is desirable).
- Ability to gather and prepare data for reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
