Description

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded graduate to join the UK & Ireland Print Category team at HP Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the fundamentals of product management within a leading global technology company, working on HP’s consumer printer portfolio. The role provides hands‑on exposure to managing products end‑to‑end, from forecasting and commercial planning to retailer engagement and performance tracking.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and key retail partners to help drive growth, profitability, and execution excellence across the UK&I market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day‑to‑day management of HP’s consumer printer portfolio across the UK & Ireland
  • Work with major retailers and wholesalers such as Currys, Amazon, and other UK partners, including attending meetings and supporting commercial negotiations
  • Assist with product forecasting, demand planning, and tracking sales performance
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product range to become a product expert, supporting internal and external stakeholders
  • Help manage and analyse the profit and loss (P&L) of the business, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Prepare presentations and performance reviews for internal stakeholders and retail partners
  • Collaborate with multiple cross‑functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and EMEA category teams
  • Support product launches, promotions, and go‑to‑market activities
Essential Skills & Attributes
  • A strong team player who enjoys working across multiple cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel (e.g., data analysis, forecasting, reporting)
  • Confident user of PowerPoint, with the ability to build clear, compelling presentations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
A Great Product Manager will have the following
  • A degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related discipline
  • An interest in consumer technology, retail, or product management
  • Any relevant internship, placement year, or commercial experience
