We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Specialist with strong TUPE expertise to support a large-scale organisational integration programme within a leading telecommunications business.
This role will focus on TUPE activity and workforce transitions and smooth employee consultation and transition processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage TUPE processes
- Work closely with legal to negotiate and implement contractual changes
- Apply in-depth knowledge of UK Employment Law to complex ER matters
- Manage a high volume of complex cases under tight timelines
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partner effectively with the business
- Produce reports and maintain project trackers to support programme governance
- CIPD Qualified
- Proven Employee Relations experience with significant TUPE exposure
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure project environment and manage competing priorities effectively
