We are seeking a Buyer to take ownership of strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier partnerships, and cost optimisation programmes across our global operations.

This is a high-visibility role where you will directly influence supply continuity, innovation, and long-term value creation.

Your Impact
  • As a Senior Buyer, you will play a critical role in strengthening our supply chain and supporting business growth.
  • Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers delivering innovative technical solutions to secure both current and future material availability.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, cost-reduction initiatives, and robust supplier performance metrics.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing projects to achieve productivity, savings, and value-creation targets.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term contracts, ensuring favourable terms and sustainable partnerships.
  • Build and implement supplier strategies to optimise total cost of ownership and enhance competitive advantage.
  • Partner closely with R&D and cross-functional stakeholders to support product development and drive innovation.
  • Rationalise and optimise the supplier base, leveraging procurement spend strategically across the organisation.
About You

You are an experienced procurement professional with a strategic mindset and a hands‑on approach. You combine commercial acumen with integrity, resilience, and strong relationship‑building skills.

What you bring
  • Extensive experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing, and supplier management within an international environment.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management expertise, with a track record of delivering measurable savings and value.
  • Deep understanding of procurement processes, cost drivers, and performance management frameworks.
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and operate effectively within a matrix organisation.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are advantageous.
  • A proactive, ethical, and results‑oriented approach with high attention to detail.
