Senior Sustainability Consultant

Are you an experienced sustainability professional ready to lead Net Zero programmes and shape ESG strategy for purpose-driven companies?

We are working with a growing, specialist sustainability consultancy working with organisations ranging from SMEs to global corporates, government bodies and NGOs. With expertise spanning Net Zero, Responsible Business, and ESG Regulations & Reporting, they help clients move beyond compliance to create measurable, competitive advantage.

This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can confidently lead delivery, build trusted stakeholder relationships and drive high-quality outcomes.

• Lead complex sustainability and Net Zero programmes end-to-end
• Oversee GHG inventory development, science-based targets and decarbonisation roadmaps
• Deliver ESG gap analysis, materiality assessments and regulatory reporting support (e.g. CSRD, ISSB, TCFD)
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Contribute to bids, proposals and service development
• Support junior team members

• 5+ years’ experience leading sustainability projects (consultancy or in-house leadership)
• Strong technical grounding in Net Zero, carbon accounting and ESG frameworks
• Commercially aware with experience delivering projects on time and within budget
• Confident presenter and relationship-builder
• Experienced in audits, reporting and sustainability strategy development
