• Field Support Hub - Act as the central point for the team, handling operational queries from field staff (via phone and email)
• Logistics Management - Coordinate efficiently with warehouses, couriers, and field teams regarding POS, equipment, and campaign deliveries
• Essential Reporting - Produce critical monthly grocery reports and maintain accurate system updates for senior business leaders
• Process Ownership - Own the distribution of project materials, surveys, and essential admin checks to ensure operational efficiency

• Problem‑Solving Drive - Excellent organization and ability to prioritise under pressure
• Communication Power - Strong, professional communication and collaboration skills
• Tech Literacy - Basic IT skills (email, etc.) are essential for data management
• Attitude - A positive, "can‑do" attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

• Compensation - Competitive salary of £22,500 - £23,000 + performance‑based Annual Bonus Scheme
