A leading organisation in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a Market Research Associate to support strategic, evidence‑based decision‑making across pre‑launch and marketed brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a desire to build a career in healthcare insights.

You’ll work closely with commercial, medical, and global insights teams to identify key business questions, design research approaches, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. This role blends analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and hands‑on research delivery.

• Develop a strong understanding of therapeutic areas, treatment landscapes, customer behaviour, and competitor strategies
• Partner with internal teams to clarify business questions and define research needs
• Design, manage, and analyse market research projects using appropriate methodologies
• Interpret primary and secondary data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Present findings clearly to support forecasting, brand planning, and strategic decisions
• Synthesise insights from multiple studies into cohesive recommendations
• Support the development and execution of affiliate market research plans
• Collaborate with global and regional insights teams to ensure alignment

• Bachelor’s degree (life sciences, psychology, sociology, or related field preferred)
• 1–2 years’ experience in market research, insights, analytics, or a transferable analytical role
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Familiarity with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus
