As a Consultant in Customer Experience, you'll bring your automotive and/or consulting expertise to the table, helping clients achieve their strategic and tactical goals. You're curious, always seeking new opportunities, and adaptable to the evolving needs of our clients and the industry. You're a results-oriented individual who thrives in complex environments, working independently and effectively with stakeholders.

  • Support in the successful delivery of CX projects for our customers.
  • Undertake core Consulting activity on projects such as business analytics, strategic advisory, workshop activity, solutions design.
  • Develop and present high-quality deliverables, including presentations, reports, and recommendations to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with colleagues from various backgrounds.
  • Analytics and problem solving skills.
  • Support in the creation and building of content for both formal and informal proposals of business to our customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive industry.
  • Actively maintain the business focus for a defined customer(s) by playing an active role in maintaining account intelligence, contact management and account based activities.
  • Continually seek out an act upon business development across of customer and portfolio of consulting products.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies in the automotive sector.
  • Experience of working within a Customer Experience related field.
  • Experience with in consulting and/ or automotive sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Economics) from a top-tier university.
  • Confidence and ability in front of customers, capable of delivering detailed and compelling presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry and a passion for innovation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
