Are you an Operations Coordinator / Manager or similar looking for an autonomous role where you will be the number 2 within a tight‑knit family run business who pride themselves on looking after staff? In this role you will have the chance to upskill yourself in a new industry and increase your earnings through a company bonus.
This company is a tight‑knit family run business that provides a range of door solutions for a broad client base of commercial clients across numerous industries ranging from industrial to education. Due to an ever‑increasing workload they are looking to grow their friendly team.
In this varied role you will be responsible for organising schedules of engineers and supporting them with day‑to‑day activities. You will also write and send out quotes, deal with clients, and undertake further in‑office operational activities to support the Director with business functions.
The autonomous role would suit an Operations Manager / Coordinator or similar looking for a varied role within a tight‑knit company that offers the chance to upskill yourself in a new industry and a bonus to increase your earnings.
The Role- Oversee service engineers and arrange schedules
- Support Director with all operational activities
- Write up and send quotes
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders
- Monday‑Friday 40 hour week, occasional overtime
- Operations Manager / Coordinator or similar
- Looking to join a tight‑knit business
- Commutable to Reading
