We are looking to recruit a fully skilled Technician to work alongside our existing dedicated team at our Kia dealership in Reading. The successful candidate will be time‑served and hold NVQ or equivalent qualifications to Level 3.

• Use current diagnostic equipment and deliver “right‑first‑time” work.
• Meet productivity and efficiency targets, repair and service customer vehicles.
• Possess good communication skills and a full driving licence.
• Main dealer experience preferred; full training will be provided.

• Mon‑Fri 8.30am‑5pm, plus alternate Saturdays on a rota basis (40 hours per week).
• Generous basic salary of £32 – £42k, plus department bonus.
• 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays).
