Job Description & How to Apply Below

Are you the kind of person who thrives on creating smooth, seamless travel experiences?

Do you love bringing order, clarity, and efficiency to complex schedules?

If so, we’d love to meet you!

We’re looking for a Travel Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of all domestic and international travel arrangements across the business. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to expert responsible for coordinating flights, accommodation, logistics, and travel documentation, ensuring every employee and contractor reaches their destination stress‑free and on budget.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a vital role in keeping our teams moving efficiently, including:

  • Oversee bookings made through our Travel booking app Travel Perk
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for staff and contractors
  • Book flights, hotels, car hire, rail travel, taxis, and more
  • Advise colleagues on travel options that suit their preferences, schedule, and budget — all while staying compliant with company policy
  • Make alternative arrangements when travel plans change or disruptions occur
  • Source the best travel options in a timely, efficient manner
  • Managing traveler profiles and coordinating loyalty schemes
  • Arrange insurance, and all necessary travel documents
  • Liaise with trusted travel suppliers and accommodation partners
  • Monitor travel costs and identifying opportunities to save
  • Support employees before and during travel, resolving scheduling conflicts as they arise

You’ll be reporting to our Operations Director and working across multiple departments to ensure every traveler has the best possible experience.

What Makes You Great for This Role
  • You’re organised, proactive, and love solving problems.
  • You stay calm under pressure - especially when plans change unexpectedly.
  • You have an eye for detail, cost‑efficiency, and excellent customer service.
  • You enjoy being the “central point of contact” and helping others travel with confidence.
Why Join Us?

This is more than just booking travel - it’s about making a real impact on how our teams operate globally. You’ll be part of a company that values professionalism, integrity, and our shared mission and core values.

If you’re ready to take on a role where your organisational talents truly shine - we’d love to hear from you!
