This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working as a Bank Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home. You'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help deliver quality care and support to residents, including answering the phone, handling files, supporting managers, meeting and greeting visitors, and engaging with residents.
Main duties of the jobAs a Bank Admin Assistant, you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the care home. This includes answering the phone, managing files, and providing administrative support to the managers. You'll also be required to interact with residents, visitors, and prospective clients, showing them around the home and creating a welcoming environment. The role offers opportunities for personal and professional development, with access to training courses designed to build your confidence and skills.

As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

Person Specification Qualifications- To be successful in this role, you should have good computer skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to multitask. It's also important that you have a genuine interest in working with people and a desire to contribute to a positive and engaging environment for the residents.
