We have an exciting opportunity for a highly capable and enthusiastic Executivel Assistant to join our well-established and friendly team in Reading. This is a pivotal role supporting two to three Partners/Directors, ideal for an experienced EA/PA who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.
If you are proactive, organised, and known for your positive "can-do" attitude, we'd love to hear from you. As a key member of the administrative team, you will provide high-level, confidential support and play an important part in the smooth running of the business.
You'll be an experienced EA/PA who has previously worked in a professional services environment, and you will need to be confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player. Previous experience of supporting senior management remotely is also required.
Your role :
Managing complex diaries and coordinating schedules
Organising and supporting meetings, including minute-taking
Managing emails in the absence of Partners/Directors
Producing reports, correspondence, and documents to a consistently high standard
Preparing professional presentations
Organising travel and related arrangements
Liaising with internal departments and key stakeholders
Providing visitor hospitality and organising refreshments
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Supporting the wider administrative team with ad-hoc PA and office duties
The Person :
5 + years proven PA experience, ideally supporting at Director or Partner level
Experience working with remote or hybrid teams
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
A proactive approach with the ability to use initiative
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
A professional, discreet, and detail-focused mindset
