Position: Finance & Admin Lead – FM Scheduling & Invoicing (On-site)
A global facilities management company is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team in Reading. The role involves managing QHSE documentation, scheduling engineers, processing timesheets, and reviewing invoices and purchase orders. The ideal candidate should have proven administrative experience, especially in the facilities management industry, and be proactive in financial reporting and operations. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, on-site.
