Office Administrator And Rota Planner | Acacia Homecare (Reading)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Reading.
Responsibilities- Planning and distributing weekly carer rotas
- Maintaining accurate paper and digital records
- Managing the initial recruitment process (reviewing CVs and conducting telephone interviews)
- Handling essential office tasks
- Participating in the on-call rota
- Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Capable of upholding established systems
