Receptionist NHS Property Services
• Reading, GB

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Receptionist to join our team based at Reading - Bath Road Surgery.

  • Hours of Work 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day
  • Monday Friday 9am - 5pm
  • Pay £12.62 per hour
  • Training will be provided
  • DBS required
  • This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
About the role:
  • This role will coordinate administrative and secretarial services for the Operations Team including supervision of reception and admin staff and delivery of administrative function in line with policies and procedures, though the provision of supervision and support to the office administrative team.
  • You will also support the team with the management of information gathering, undertaking enquiries, as and when necessary, and preparation of complex documents, presentations and correspondence.
  • To be considered for this role you will have NVQ 3, relevant certification or equivalent experience
