Position: Contract Finance Administrator: P&L, Invoices & Reports
A global facilities management company is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team in Reading. This role involves managing QHSE documentation, scheduling engineers, processing timesheets, and reviewing invoices and purchase orders. The ideal candidate will have proven administrative experience, particularly in the FM industry, and will be proactive in financial reporting and operations. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, on-site.
