Company Truck Driver
Company drivers earn up to $94,000/year
Weekly home time or bi-weekly options
$1,500 sign-on bonus
$500 orientation pay
Dry van freight; 100% no-touch

2022 - 2025 equipment, with newer models available in certain hiring areas while supplies last
Uncapped referral program - $4,500 per referral
High percentage of contracted freight with many Freight Waves "award" shippers
Paid miles empty and loaded while on duty (do not pay deadhead miles back home)
Low number of drivers per dispatcher; easier and more effective communication

Driver Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
At least 22 years of age
Company: 1 year recent OTR experience
Lease: 6 months recent OTR experience
No substance abuse programs within the last 10 years
