Job Title:
Electro-Mechanical Technician

Location:
Reading, PA

Salary: $30-35/hr

- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Proficient in HVAC/R systems, low voltage, and industrial mechanics

- Experience with technical sales is a plus
- Familiarity with industrial electrician work is preferred

Skills:

- Excellent mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide clear instructions
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping and adherence to maintenance schedules
