What You'll Do:
- Build and wire electrical control panels with attention to detail.
- Install components and hardware using schematics and technical drawings.
- Track your progress and keep accurate documentation.
- Learn through Rockwell Automation University and other vendor-led training programs.
- Help standardize projects and contribute to building our internal libraries.
- Support facility upkeep, inventory, and wire prep as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong interest in learning a technical trade.
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to work with tools.
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts (we'll help you grow!).
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products is a plus - but not required.
- No experience? No problem. We'll train you!
