Job Duties
- Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment and machinery, including but not limited to diesel engines, HVAC systems, and industrial equipment.

-5+ years as a crane Technician
- Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems to determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs and replacements.
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate repairs and ensure efficient workflow.

Experience
- Previous experience as a repair technician or in a similar role is preferred.

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and operating industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with diesel engine repair and HVAC systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
