PT Floating Cleaner - Berks

Position: PT Floating Cleaner - Berks County
KKBS is seeking a part-time experienced evening cleaner to clean and fill-in positions in the Berks County and surrounding areas. This position would include filling in and cleaning as needed, this may be with little-no notice therefore your schedule must be flexible! Guaranteed at least 15 hours per week, but must be able to work up to 25-30 hours if needed.

This position will never be boring and is constantly changing! Plenty of opportunity for growth within the company! Travel is required and use of a company vehicle and fuel card will be provided (after probationary period). Must be available to work some weekends as needed based on needs of the staff. Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug & background screening!

Monday-Friday varying from 5pm-11pm
Compensation: $17.00 an hour

General Janitorial Duties:

• Trash removal and dusting, cleaning and re-stocking supplies
• Sweeping, dusting, mopping and vacuuming ïÂÂ,oors
• Spot cleaning, polishing, sanitizing and wiping of surfaces
• Restock items in bathrooms, break rooms, offices and conference rooms as necessary
• Specific duties may vary depending on the list of cleaning duties required by each customer

Position Requirements :

• Ability to work in a team & solo setting efficiently (most positions you will work by yourself)
• Project a professional image while representing KKBS
• Must have good problem-solving & communication skills with management and/or coworkers
• Must have a flexible evening schedule sometimes varying from 5pm-11pm
• Able to follow simple entry & alarm instructions, as well as follow outlined cleaning instructions/checklists
• Physically capable of bending, lifting (30lbs), crouching, stooping throughout shift
• Ability to pass a background screening without felonies (or theft)
• Owning your own reliable vehicle with valid insurance, registration & inspection is a must

Some required duties but not limited to:

• Ability to follow work schedule each evening and adjust to changes
• Ability to work quick & efficiently with no supervision
• Ability to follow instructions correctly is a MUST!
• Janitorial experience is highly preferred but will train the right person!
