You’ll conduct assessments, observe behaviors, and collaborate with families to develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) . As a Behavior Analyst , you will:

• Conduct client assessments and observe behaviors to identify targets for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and service providers to create tailored ITPs.
• Focus on enhancing strengths and addressing opportunities for growth through evidence-based strategies.
• Oversee and implement ABA interventions prescribed by licensed clinicians.
• Maintain required certifications and clearances (BCBA and appropriate PA license).

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Can pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Hold a valid license in Pennsylvania as a psychologist, counselor, or behavior specialist, along with BCBA certification.
• Have leadership or supervision experience (preferred but not required).
