Job Summary

* PA Nurse Aide Certification Required
* Work Schedule:

FT Monday - Friday 8A-4:30PM; weekend and holiday rotation

Home Health Aides are personnel employed to provide personal care and simple housekeeping chores to selected clients.

The scheduling staff will assign a specific worker to a specific client. The professional staff will complete a home health aide care plan designating work to be performed in the client's home and will instruct and supervise the worker in these duties.

* Current Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification

* Current Valid Driver's License

* Current Automobile Insurance

* BLS Certification
