Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license strongly preferred and highly valued

• 10+ years of progressive mechanical project management experience, including leadership of large-scale industrial manufacturing or hospital facility projects

• Strong technical background in HVAC, fluid systems, and energy-efficient mechanical design

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or other mechanical design and modeling software

• Familiarity with mechanical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements in healthcare and industrial environments

• Experience managing design-build or EPC projects, with solid financial and contract management skills

• Professional certifications such as PMP are preferred

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client engagement abilities

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for site visits, team coordination, and client meetings

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical systems for industrial and healthcare infrastructure projects

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery

• Oversee the design and implementation of HVAC, piping, and process systems with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and reliability

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors to align on project objectives and timelines

• Ensure compliance with mechanical codes, healthcare standards, and safety regulations

• Manage procurement, cost control, and financial forecasting to meet performance and profitability goals

• Build and nurture relationships with clients, design partners, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project execution

• Mentor and guide project engineers and staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation

• Promote the use of advanced modeling tools, digital workflows, and sustainable design practices within the team
