Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field

• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license strongly preferred
5-10 years of progressive project management experience in utilities, power distribution, or high-voltage environments

• Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar utility or energy infrastructure projects

• In-depth understanding of power transmission, gas distribution, substations, and medium/high-voltage systems

• Proficiency with project management software such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar platforms

• Familiarity with utility permitting, safety standards, and regulatory compliance

• Experience working with utilities, EPC contractors, OEMs, and regulatory agencies

• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills

Main Duties:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of electrical and utility infrastructure projects across multiple regions

• Oversee design, construction, and commissioning activities related to power, gas, and high-voltage distribution systems

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with NESC, NEC, OSHA, and utility safety standards throughout all project phases

• Manage risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and permitting requirements critical to project success

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders to ensure project alignment

Location & Commuting Expectations
While much of this role can be completed remotely or independently, the ideal candidate will live within a reasonable driving distance of the project and company location(s) to allow for in-person collaboration, client meetings, or site visits as needed, generally about once per month.
