Oak View Group - Up to $11.50/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Ticket Verification:
Check and validate tickets at the entrance, ensuring each ticket is legitimate and corresponds to the event.;
Customer Service:
Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and provide information about the event and venue as needed.;
Access Control:
Monitor and control the entry points to ensure that only authorized guests enter the event.;
Crowd Management:
Assist in directing the flow of guests to prevent congestion and ensure a smooth entry process.;
Problem Resolution:
Address any ticket-related issues or discrepancies promptly and courteously, seeking assistance from supervisors when necessary.
