We are looking for a Clerical to join our Buying Office team.

As part of a fast-paced, dynamic merchant team, you will support the Buyer through the office administration function. Your previous administrative experience along with your strong organizational skills will ensure your success in this dynamic role. Job Responsibilities
As a member of the merchant team, the Clerical will assist in the coordination of many functions of the buying office area, including order entry, use of buying office systems, and general clerical duties.

Job Requirements
Successful candidates for the Clerical role should have the ability to work with the buying and store teams and provide excellent customer service.

Additional requirements of the Clerical include:

• High school diploma or equivalent related experience

• Prior retail experience helpful

• Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn additional systems used by our Merchant divisions

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to multi-task, excellent time management skills
