Position Highlights
We are an elite, dynamic Periodontal surgery practice that is committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients and first-class service to referring providers. We are looking to add an outgoing individual who is passionate about providing premier customer service. The successful candidate will be a fun, hardworking, compassionate team player who will enhance the growth of our practice while providing an outstanding patient experience.
The primary role of the Scheduling Coordinator is to support the practice in meeting our goals to provide optimal clinical outcomes and exceed the expectations of our patients. Scheduling Coordinators at our practice welcome patients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, collect patient financial responsibility and review patient records and referral documentation.
This is an hourly (non-production based) position and will be full-time working 30 hours or more hours per week.
Role and Responsibilities
Provide concierge level customer service while interacting with patients, referring offices, and team members over the phone, in person, or via electronic communicationGreet patients and visitors immediately upon arrival with a friendly demeanorAnswer the phone promptly with a smileSchedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time and most effective use of treatment roomsReview and maintain the daily scheduleReview and maintain accurate information on patient recordsAssist patients as necessaryMaintain reception area in a neat and orderly conditionMaintain professional relationship with referring officesMaintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAAPerform other duties as assignedBenefits
