Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Location: Route 128 Honda – Reading, MA

About the Role:
As an experienced F&I Manager, you will play a critical role in the sales process by providing financing and insurance options to our customers. We are seeking a candidate with 3+ years of automotive experience
, including at least 2 years in F&I.

• Oversee all aspects of the F&I department, including customer financing, insurance products, and aftermarket product sales.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while guiding customers through financing and insurance options.
• Stay current on financing programs, lender guidelines, and compliance regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers to secure competitive rates.
• Ensure accurate completion of all finance and insurance documentation.

• 3+ years of automotive industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of F&I experience in a dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing and insurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and profitability goals.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must live within a 45-minute commute of Reading, MA.

• CDK experience.
• Familiarity with Honda products and services.
