Opportunity OverviewAs a Product Engineering Manager in IST (Integrated Systems Test), you will lead cross‑functional engineering teams through the full product lifecycle, balancing technical execution with business objectives. This role plays a critical part in translating customer and market needs into high‑quality, innovative products while ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial stakeholders.
In this role, you will:- Lead products from concept through development, qualification, and launch, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment
- Develop and drive technical strategy, making data‑backed decisions that balance performance, cost, quality, and schedule
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Design, Manufacturing, and other cross‑functional partners to deliver successful outcomes
- Build and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans that support long‑term business objectives
- Support project execution by managing schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans
- Partner with stakeholders to communicate progress, trade‑offs, and technical considerations to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Mentor and develop engineering and cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure product quality, reliability, and performance through KPI definition, monitoring, and continuous learning

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of product development experience in semiconductor equipment or complex electromechanical systems
- Strong technical background with deep understanding of system architecture and product development processes (hardware, software, mechanical, thermal, automation, FPGA)
- Proven experience leading products through the full development lifecycle in a cross‑functional environment
- Ability to make sound technical and business trade‑off decisions using data and risk‑based analysis
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs related to product performance, reliability, uptime, and customer adoption
- Strong project planning, prioritization, and execution skills in dynamic, fast‑paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to identify technical risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong leadership and influence skills, including the ability to lead without formal authority
- Mentorship and coaching mindset, supporting team growth and best practices
- Master’s degree or PhD in a related engineering discipline
- Experience operating at a senior technical or engineering leadership level within global organizations

CompensationThe base salary range for this role is $138,900-$222,300. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive PlanThis job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
