Parts Manager – Route 128 Honda (Reading, MA)

Route 128 Honda, one of New England’s highest‑volume Honda dealerships, is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. This key role oversees daily operations, inventory management, team coordination, and ensures exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

• Lead the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, technicians, and team members.
• Provide accurate parts information, pricing, and status updates.
• Interpret and navigate OEM parts catalogs.
• Handle inbound calls and supply price quotes and availability details.
• Review body shop estimates and verify accuracy of parts ordered.
• Deliver high‑level customer service to service, sales, and retail customers.
• Pull, stock, and replenish parts; conduct weekly bin checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Source and order out‑of‑stock items quickly when required.
• Ensure all internal parts requests are properly billed to repair orders.
• Process customer payments and handle credit authorizations when necessary.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• CDK a Must
• Prior automotive parts sales or dealership experience (preferred).
• Strong time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety, service, and maintenance documents.
• Basic math competency (discounts, percentages, commissions, volumes, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
