Are you a true hunter who thrives on building new business?
We’re looking for a driven B2B Sales Rep to grow a local territory focused on construction, municipalities, parks, schools, and events. You’ll be the only dedicated salesperson in the area, owning your market and working directly with leadership.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and close new business
- Build relationships with PMs, Superintendents, and decision-makers
- Maintain and grow accounts through strong follow-up
- Manage daily activity in CRM
- Strong organization and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- $20K–$30K expected commission first year
- Vehicle allowance (future company vehicle possible)
- Phone, computer, and potential mileage support
- Local territory – minimal overnight travel
