Merchandise Sales Ambassadors are responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales by actively promoting and selling merchandise to guests at World of Fun. Some specific duties of a Merchandise Sales Ambassador may *****

• Greeting guests and assisting them with their merchandise purchases
• Recommending and upselling merchandise to guests
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Operating a cash register and handling c ard transactions accurately
• Restocking merchandise as needed
• Providing a high level of guest service and responding to guest inquiries and concerns
• Following all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and loss prevention
