Retail Advanced Practice Provider Float

Overview

This is a full time Float position that floats to all of our convenient care and urgent care locations. Various shifts and schedule.

Accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations. Responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data, identifying appropriate expected outcomes, developing and implementing plan of care, providing comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case management, providing consultation to influence plan of care for clients, enhancing the abilities of others and effecting change in the system, using prescriptive authority procedures and treatments in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations, evaluating clients progress in attaining expected outcomes, conducting nursing research, providing education to patients, family and nursing staff, and case managing high risk patients.
