Position Detail

With over $20 million in assets, located in Raytown, Missouri, United Labor Credit Union is currently in search of a senior financial services executive to replace their retiring President/CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take the lead of a sound credit union with a strong culture built on service and relationships. The board of directors is seeking a leader that demonstrates both strategic and tactical skills and appreciates the value of relationships.

Additionally, the board will empower the incoming executive to improve the technology of the credit union, develop new products and services, and establish a path forward that will produce steady growth. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be an active participant in the daily operations of the credit union, and have the ability to develop the strategic direction of the organization moving forward.
