Overview:

As a Service Plumber, you will work within our residential plumbing department. This position is full time and will require travel within the MA area.

Responsibilities:

* Install, repair, and replace various residential Plumbing systems, sometimes in confined or high places

* Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis

* Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner

* Maintain clean work area

* Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude

* Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work

* Attend company meetings as necessary

* Adhere to all safety and handbook policies

Qualifications:

* Holds a Journeyman or Master Plumber license

* Must have prior residential or commercial experience

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Strong organizational skills

* Must be able to work on-call and weekend hours
