Hourly Wage

• Base Rate: $16 - $29 per hour
• Minimum Wage Compliance: The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
