- Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong backing skills with the ability to maneuver safely in tight spaces
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

- Perform approximately 50 trailer moves per shift within a 100-door distribution yard
- Safely reposition trailers between dock doors and designated yard locations
- Maintain steady yard flow using two-way radio communication with dispatch and dock teams
- Conduct visual trailer inspections and report any equipment or safety concerns
- No-touch yard position
- Approximately 50 trailer moves per night
- Large-scale operation with 100 dock doors
- Dedicated yard-only role focused on trailer repositioning and dock flow efficiency
