• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Yard Hostler
• Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong backing skills with the ability to maneuver safely in tight spaces
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

• Perform approximately 50 trailer moves per shift within a 100-door distribution yard
• Safely reposition trailers between dock doors and designated yard locations
• Maintain steady yard flow using two-way radio communication with dispatch and dock teams
• Conduct visual trailer inspections and report any equipment or safety concerns

• No-touch yard position
• Approximately 50 trailer moves per night
• Large-scale operation with 100 dock doors
• Dedicated yard-only role focused on trailer repositioning and dock flow efficiency
