Apply now for this position at Sam’s Club. The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service; be flexible to the needs of the business; maintain in‑stock levels and control shrinkage.
• Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, following recipe measurement instructions; work with various products, decorate bags, and create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items; ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Drive bakery area performance to ensure quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members with purchasing decisions, and resolve member issues.
• Act as a brand advocate, model high‑quality service, interact with associates to understand road‑blocks, assist in training, and inspire a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; use the Open Door Policy to implement action plans.
• Complete work assignments and priorities; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; manage priorities, deadlines, and expectations; recommend improvements; adapt to change.
• Respect individuals, build strong relationships, communicate with impact, energy, and positivity, and mentor others.
• Serve customers and members, deliver results while putting the customer first, and make decisions based on reliable information.

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.

• Cake decorating experience.
• Readiness to work flexible shifts.
