The Certified Nurse Aide will provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with resident assessments and care plans.

• Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, feeding, dressing, observing food intake, hair and nail care, transferring between areas, and responding to calls.
• Carry out duties in accordance with resident care policies and procedures.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries.
• Contribute knowledge of resident conditions/needs to resident care plans.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes of condition to Charge Nurse.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

• Must hold a valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.

• Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
