Are you a natural communicator with a flair for property Sales? Our client are looking for a driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team at their Rayleigh Office.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be at the heart of property transactions - connecting people with their dream homes, securing deals, and building lasting relationships.

The role as a Senior Sales Negotiator:

* Identify potential buyers and sellers, respond to inquiries by email, face to face and telephone

* Arranging and carrying out viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers

* Negotiating offers and securing successful sales

* Undertaking Valuations and securing new instructions

* Managing listings, marketing campaigns and client communication

* Building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers

Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator

* A hunger for success and a proactive, can do attitude

* Confidence in negotiation

* Strong organisational and attention to detail skills

* A genuine passion for property

* Strong customer/communication skills

* UK driving licence
