HR Generalist

I am currently recruiting for a dedicated HR Generalist to join a people first organisation based near Rayleigh. This is a pivotal role within their HR department, where you will be involved in various elements of employee relations.

This organisation have been operating for over 40 years, and have strong social values, as well as being employee owned. They are looking for someone to join that will share their direction and values whilst carrying out important work.

Key Details:

• Starting salary between 29-31k
• Hybrid working options

Responsibilities include:

• 360 employee lifecycle management
• Supporting with payroll
• Be a point of contact for any employee queries
• Providing expert advice using Employment Law knowledge
• Providing support with grievances, redundancy, TUPE and Maternity leave
• Be able to coach/support colleagues where needed

This role would suit an experienced HR Administrator looking for a step up into a HR generalist role where they can look to start developing their skills further.
Experience needed:

• Be qualified to CIPD Level 3
• Ideally have an understanding of handling redundancy and TUPE procedures
• Maintain strong and up to date knowledge of employment legislation
• Ideally have experience with Success Factors or similar software
• Have the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
