We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our happy and welcoming school. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team.
- Have a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
- Show initiative and flexibility.
- Work successfully with young children.
- Model excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a good understanding of how children learn.
- Be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the children.
- Lead interventions for small groups of children.
- Be committed to raising standards for all children.
- Be able to liaise closely with teachers, support staff, parents and the wider community.
