This role is a low-complexity, community-based support roleto support a male in his 20s with an acquired brain injury (no personal care is required). This is focused on:

• Prompts and support with executive memory
• Structuring and planning the day
• Supporting decision-making and problem-solving
• Attending appointments
• Emotional and social support
• Encouraging independence
• Monitoring mobility safety and fall risks
• Recognising subtle brain injury cues and documenting clearly

Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license and own car available to take the client out.
