S117 Case Manager

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Rotherham Care group in a dedicated role aimed at completing S117 reviews in the community. The post is fixed term and will focus on an identified need within our community. The post holder will work alongside ICB and RMBC colleagues, offering a new team to support Rotherham.

• Complete required S117 reviews in the community.
• Document and present cases at panel, if applicable.
• Review existing care packages and progress to ending S117 aftercare.
