Process Operator - Level 3, Nights

Shift: 24/7 nights (6pm - 6am)

At this level, an Independent Process Operator can perform more complex process changeovers, including troubleshooting. They can recognize and solve some non-routine problems.

• Performs & meets the requirements of all previous skill sets.
• Troubleshoot and perform low level maintenance.
• Use machine controls necessary to perform set‑ups and make process adjustments (if required).
• Identify quality issues and determine root cause, complete QN’s and segregate parts with defects.
• Use the schedule to make decisions and manage order flow – add to JLG Guide.
• Complete routine set‑ups independently within the targeted time.
• Notify supervision if capacity requirements are not being met.
• Transfer chemicals to the appropriately labeled container.
• Identify & label chemicals using the appropriate Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Identify the size, material, and configuration by the part number.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Processing experience preferred or related job aptitude (e.g., ability to troubleshoot and follow instructions).
• Able to read and follow standard work instructions.
• Recognize functional and cosmetic defects.
• Applicant must be able to multi‑task and prioritize.
