The role involves supervising passenger services, managing facilities, and assisting with special passenger needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, computing capabilities in MS Office and Excel, and prior experience in airline or ground handling.

The candidate must also be medically fit and under 30 years of age.
