About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Kids Club to join the resort’s Kids Club team.
Responsibilities- Assist in planning and implementing age‑appropriate activities, games, arts & crafts, and themed events.
- Ensure all programs are engaging, educational, and aligned with brand standards.
- Support seasonal and holiday programming tailored to family guests.
- Welcome children and families, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Communicate with parents regarding schedules, safety protocols, and special requests.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with discretion and care.
- Support and guide Kids Club Attendants in daily operations and activity facilitation.
- Assist in scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure staff adherence to safety, hygiene, and child supervision standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in all Kids Club areas.
- Ensure compliance with child safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Monitor attendance, emergency procedures, and incident reporting.
- Manage inventory of supplies, toys, and equipment.
- Assist in budget tracking and procurement of materials.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for operational needs.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in childcare, recreation, or hospitality, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of child development and activity planning.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
