Role Overview
As a Civil Helper, you will support our maintenance and construction teams to ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll assist skilled tradespeople, manage materials, and maintain a safe, organized worksite.

Assist plumbers, electricians, and construction workers with repairs and insta...llations. - Logistics

Carry tools, move materials, and set up equipment. - Maintenance

Perform minor repairs and general site upkeep. - Safety

Follow all safety protocols and keep work areas clean.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor and stand for long periods.
- Knowledge: Basic familiarity with construction tools and materials.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to learn.
- Experience: Previous construction or facility management experience is a plus.
